Review:I had all my open positions closed out like Glen from Aus'
I was doubling my account every month and then bang over 2/3 of my account gone Ironically even my demo account which I was using as a mirror account (larger sums) was also closed out.

My Alpari account with basically the same trades is still open

Haa, No reply as of yet as to why this happened.

Review:Hey Glen, i think FXDD prefer service REAL account customer than DEMO account customer :) Since 2006 i have real account with FXDD around $200.000 and use EA, so far no problem at all.

FXDD is GREAT!

Review:Ot strikes me as to why anybody would say FXDD are good..It makes me thing that they work for them.
I ran a demo and experienced strange things and got no answers from them. Here is a copy of me Live Chat with those idiots.
And yes my EA and manual trading had been profitable on a demo account for this year with them and 4 other demo account. I was in the process of opening a account. Seems strange..

Glen: Hi..i opened a demo account and 1 have 25K to invest..but i was watching your platform and the orders i was in just vanished and a 1K loss was recorded on the account balance. I looked in the journal and it showed no information relating to this closed trades. Iam running Interbank and ActivTrades platform as well and they show when trades are closed. Yours does as well but on this time it showed nothing. So my question is iam now worried that if i open a live account this will happen there also. On the internet forums people complain about companies deleting trades with no record..Does FXDD do this as i have just seen it.
English Support: I am not aware of trades just vanishing without record.
Glen: so why then did the demo account go from a loss of $100 to a loss of 1K in a blink of the eye..with no journal record recorded
Glen: Interbank and Activ are in the exact trades and still am in them
Glen: that tells me that FXDD practices in this
English Support: I cant comment on other platforms
Glen: so why did yours do it then
English Support: what is your account number?
English Support: Sir?
Glen: demo account 5xxxxx7..i have a expert that closes all pending orders as soon as a profit is relised..they were still open after that so i closed them manually..Please investigate when the account went from 5230 to 4336
Glen: this happened in the last 30mins
English Support: Just a moment please
English Support: I'll need your demo password to gain access to your account
Glen: looks like its rxxxxxr
Glen: it will be before all the pending orders were closed out..so look around ticket 32074556..just before then
Glen: Hello!! still there

Nothing after 1 hour and no responce to my e-mails either..Trade with them is you have big pockets with lots of cash to lose!!

Review:I've been very happy with FXDD. Customer service is great. I can trade micro, mini or full lots. There's a variety of ways to deposit and withdraw money. I'm not a news trader. I also trade with one primary EA that uses hidden stops. So even if there is stop hunting I think I'm safe.

If Interactive Brokers supported Metatrader I'd open an account there as well. And if ActivTrades accepted US accounts I'd also have an account there. But I'd keep my FXDD account.

Review:Don't understand all the 1 Star ratings. I traded forex with Forex.com first, but switched over to FXDD. I use the Metatrader Platform like so many others here.

For about 2 years I lost money on Forex continuously. Basically my strategy was make big risk trades with tight Stop Losses and lose money by getting out way too soon as not to wipe out my account. It was pitiful.

Now that I have become a wiser bird I make money consistently with a combo of 5 Expert Advisors and my own manual trading and I have no issues with FXDD whatsoever. For everyone claiming stop hunting you must be in denial that you are a weak trader. I was once, and I can tell you that what was happening to my account was not the fault of FXDD! I even had a margin call once and it was definitely MY fault!

I wonder if stop hunting is even possible to be perfectly honest it sounds ridiculous that some guy is forcing the bars in my chart to go down in order to hit my stop loss. Sounds like a tooth fairy figure to me.

My only dislike about FXDD and so many brokers that use Metatrader 4 is the lack of security I feel about my money. Soon I will be trading for a living which means my livelihood will be on the line and if one of these bucket shops decided to pack up or fell apart it could be devastating.

I just wish I could use Metatrader with Interactive Brokers which is a powerhouse brokerage where I would feel comfortable with 150k in an account. Perhaps there is a way?

Still, FXDD has been great and I am thankful for a reliable platform where I could turn my trading woes around to something a lot more effective.

Review:FXDD is robbing money so easily. they close my open trades with a lost and even my tp was there with no stop lost or trailing stop. I set my tp 20 pips below the selling point. After double checking, my tp was "changed" to 5 pips ABOVE my selling point, which was ridiculous! I complained and their reply was i set my tp at that level. Can i set my sell tp above my selling price? thats totally BS! Another example was i deleted a pending, and surprisingly it showed up as an open trades 1 minutes later with a lost! Their online helper always keep quite when they can't answer your question. Besides, very often the mt4 freezed up during NFP news. FXDD is hunting for your money guys! Stay away from them at all cost!

Review:I have been trading with FXDD for what three or four years. They are not a scam.

Maybe those posting one star should learn how to trade before placing a review. If your experiencing slippage at news time and you got tight stops set then you got no one to blame but yourself.

I have two charting packages rolling while I am trading from seperate sources. If FXDD was chasing stops I would like to know how they do it without marking it on the chart? If it is not news time and they have widened the spread then you have a case. In three years this has never happened and we place a lot of trades through them.

It is very easy, if you think you have been taken advantage of get yourself a real charting package and compare the M4 platform to it. If you can show an 8 pip slippage on the chart not at news time I will eat my hat. If you have a recorded stop out and it is not on the chart or in the spread then post it for all of us to see. Otherwise I don't beleive any of this crap.

I have never seen anything like that and I trade everyday for a living with them.

There may be better brokers out there? I know there are worse. MB Trading is I am sure a good broker but they do not except accounts from here. FXDD is the next best or equal in my book.

One star for this broker.... unbeleivable.....

I guess I should not want a lot of new accounts on the system adn should not psot this but this is just wrong. Those one stars are clearly the competition or traders that can not accept responibility for their own errors. nada mas
